MS65 for me. VAM-3 in the re-polished die stage is known in PL and DMPL so likely one of these. Beautiful example!

64 and it maybe pl or dmpl. certainly has the contrast between the devices and fields. coin has a great cheek, but the fields show some marks so I'm not quite at gem. coin is undoubtedly very beautiful.
