To the CCF All I see is a worn quarter with what appears to be a small die chip on the "E". What makes you think there is many errors? Please elaborate.

Rim thickness can be caused by a slightly misaligned die. No extra value unless extreme where some of the lettering is missing.

To CCF! If you're interesting in learning about real error coins, I would recommend this website, as it has a lot of good information available. The website goes in depth and explains how they happen, and what causes them. I'll put the website here. http://www.error-ref.com.
Errers and Varietys.
