Well since SPP Ottawa locked crazy's post I have to say he' not alone . In the past 10 days I've tried to e-mail Chipjones , Crazyb0 and Coinfrog . NO response ! So now we know there has to be a hidden problem somewhere in CCF . At first I thought these guys didn't want to be bothered by e-mailing me back . Oh and I forgot also Mark1959 . With Secret Santa around the corner - trust me, this will be addressed...

Great, and let's keep this thread on topic... Of the very few questions I have ever posed on this forum, it would be nice to actually get an answer for a change....lets figure this out: Quote: Is it my end or CCF's that has the problem? Also, add to the list of possibilities what TBOP just mentioned, common factor of those names is "C". Plus my Browser is Firefox through Outlook(Microsoft) and IP is Mediacom, if that may help. Thanks.

I cannot control what your email service does with our emails.

That's fine, understand that. Any ideas why in my case the PMs don't show up at all, not even "spam" folder? There are no blocks set that I can see. When I send a PM, I can get the "send copy" fine, but those have the routing from *** Edited by Staff - I already get 400 spam emails a day, don't need more. ***
What is the header for PMs? I receive the subscriptions from *** Edited by Staff - I already get 400 spam emails a day, don't need more. ***, are the PMs from a different souce/routing? If so, then maybe I can add that to my "safe senders" list under Outlook?
Checked on a couple old PMs, seems to me that IT IS issued from CCF server from same portal, "forums @coin....", but will tag the persons actual email address, whereas the subscriptions do not. Well, Thanks anyway...guess I'm screwed here.

One final thought, comment or idea. Since it is quite obvious as SPP stated in the other thread there MUST BE a sub-routine that can be (and is) placed in force to restrict New members from receiving and posting until the 50 post mark. This appears to function on members with less than 50 posts whether they "toggle" the feature function in their profile to "Yes" anyway, they cannot send nor receive PM's on CCF.( it has been tried). This is EXACTLY what is happening to me at the moment. Could this be a glitch in the system randomly selecting certain functions and members? Why I say this is this... BOTH the PM contact and the Subscription contact come under the header " *** Edited by Staff - I already get 400 spam emails a day, don't need more. ***"...this means since I receive the Subscriptions fine, the routine directing PM's is glitched. My IP Mediacom and Browser Outlook have no blocks in place. Matter of fact, this CCF header is on my trusted sender list. I sent this "test message" earlier(wasn't received) but this is the copy mailed to me. The next is a standard subscription notification. So what gives here, seems not my end but CCF's

I'm currently receiving private regular e-mails from everyone else in my family with no problem. Not all CCF members are coming through ,only a couple .

Is the issue being ignored now? Quote: I cannot control what your email service does with our emails. Okay, that's understandable. However, that doesn't explain how PMs originating with CCF don't make it to a recipient who receives every other PM from other members (i.e. their email service is not the problem). Is that clear? Where is the problem? I don't see any effort to address current problems, so they may not be "problems" at all. Any help would be nice.

. Great question! It would appear that we are being left in the dark only to come to our own conclusions!

I just sent a test PM to myself and received the email within a couple seconds. However, I have not been currently experiencing problems with sending/receiving PMs. That's the difference. I'm interested in where the problem lies.
