I wonder if anyone is faking the Blakesley effect now to make fake edge clips more believable. A few years ago I would have said no way, but now I'm not so sure. It looks fine to me, but let's see what the consensus is here.

Definitely a genuine Curved Clipped Planchet. There's weakness in those area, where it got clipped. If it was fake, then it wouldn't show any weakness in those spots, where it got clipped.

It's genuine. Make sure to hold the coin by the edge only, or use gloves, since fingerprints will permanently stain coins. Not trying to sound like a picky jerk, just want to let you know in a nice manner.  Edited because of improper grammar. Errers and Varietys.
