Hello everyone, I have learned a great deal from read tons of post on errors and non errors but I saw this 64p Jefferson nickel in an aftermarket year set and couldn't come up with an explanation for how this happened, any and all help as always is greatly appreciated the full coin shots are cropped a bit much but I had to, to get down to the size restriction I always have a problem with that so I dont post as much as I would like

Looks like Die Deterioration Doubling to me.

Back when I turned 54 I started noticing doubling here and there too.

I'm thinking that you have Die Deterioration Doubling and some Machine Doubling combined.
