Look at the states underneath letters and I think a number then look st the unum next to it numbers there

There's nothing there in those areas. I see a normal Lincoln Memorial cent.

I see the polished away roof line. But the rest looks normal to me.

I see the number looking mark next to UNUM... but I am thinking it is just one of those illusionary type PMD marks.

Your brain always wants to make sense of things... I agree it does look like numbers ;) But just a strange coincidence. :)

If it were a mint error... you would have to explain it. And I am pretty sure no mint error that I can think of would accomplish that.

Yes it looks like a number 5, but I agree with the others that this is just a coincidence.

Like I stated on the other thread you have for the same coin,
unless the 5 you are seeing is either raised or incuse, then
it has to be caused by a stain or toning.
