This cent has a really strange surface. The reverse has a big crack on the ONE, and the obverse has some small cracks on Lincolns face, and both obverse and reverse appear to have many die scratches. What do you think?

What you are seeing are numerous die scratches caused by a die wear and abraded die

I see a die that must have had a serious die clash on it at one point. The mint employees had to really scrub the die to get the clash out, resulting in the scratches that you see. Also, there looks to be a die crack on the back under the N of ONE. The "cracks" on his face are in fact die scratches as well.
