Don't see anything special about either. The P has some Die Deterioration with letters melting into the rim, and the mintmark placement on the D seems rather high, but I wouldn't expect either of those traits to add any value. Hope that helps.

Mark1959 explained it for you . The only difference is the mint marks . Stasea00 , Do you .have '' The Red Book ''( a guide to U.S. coins ),if not it might be wise for you to purchase it .loaded with information on all U.S. coins .
