I found a 2017 Frederick Douglas Quarter while coin hunting and am curious if this is a error quarter. I can upload x40+ zoom photos if need. If these arnt enough

I don't think so. This looks like stains and environmental damage, it happened after the Mint.

I agree, it definitely is an environmentally damaged coin and not worthy of 2x2,release it back to the wild!
