Here we go again. The United States government doing what they feel best for the collecting community by confiscating another coin. Read the article at CoinNews.Net. Perhaps ten were struck, this the only known.

Test pieces were from Philly. The Denver ones were mint assisted. Not really issued. Go get them. (Probably laws were violated by the mint workers) Be glad to give them up without jail time.
