It's a Large Date.
This photo should help you distinguish the differences.
Note the differences in the curvature on the 2 and the opening
in the top of the the 8.

The 1982-D Small Date Lincoln Cent is only interesting/potentially valuable if it is of the 95% copper alloy. Otherwise, it is normal and must be a very high grade to have even a modest value.
On your picture It's a Large Date.
