A comice agricole is a communally run agricultural show and you have what looks like a prize medal. They are resonably popular with collectors but yours has a few problems. It has been dropped a few times because the edgeis badly damaged and also collectors usually go for medals that have more detail. Such as why it was awarded, maybe for best lamb in the show or for a ploughing competition.

Your medal as it stands is probably worth $12-15.
