Help Indetifying Scuba Diving Find (Belly Dancer Token)

I found this while diving about 1/4 mile off the coast of northern California near Drakes Bay. It is metalic, magnetic and about the size of a Lincoln Cent. It is worn very thin and weighs under 1 gram.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

@jst1dreamr, the Arabic script, exceedingly thin flan (such that the design is mirrored on the rev), and hole suggest to me that you have found a so-called belly-dancer's token. Of course, the location of your find means that perhaps we should call this one a "mermaid's token".

lol, Yes it seems to be mirrored on reverse, thank you for that input. Makes you wonder how she danced with a tail.
