As you can see, this Half Cent (1795) is well off center. AMERICA is trending toward the center of the coin, whereas UNITED is barely hanging onto the other edge. However, looking at other pics of 1795 Half Cents, it seems that a very long run of them, especially the No Poles, was struck more or less off center in this particular direction. I haven't seen many that are this far off, but I wonder if this is still within tolerance and therefore not worth anything, because there seem to be so many that look generally similar. Your thoughts?

The obverse isn't as useful for showing how off center it is because the LCHC obverse isn't very busy, so I didn't bother showing it at first. Here it is, it is off in the same direction. Not sure why people are having trouble seeing what I mean on the reverse though. I think it's pretty clear compared to a normally centered Half Cent.

Edit: yes Mark that's it, and you can see the UN of United trailing off the bottom-left edge as well
