I was photographing this coin, when I noticed a disturbance by the O in "of". It actually continues out further, but I could not get the entire thing to show up in my zoomed in pics.
I believe that this was struck through a thread, and it would be 2nd such coin that I bought from the same store.
What do you think?

Looks correct. Not a plus I would think on the coin value. More of a minus. If it were a new purchase, I would send it back for a replacement. But now that time has passed that is no longer an option.

I would have thought the same, but in the past I sold a similar coin for $180. (That one was more pronounced.) It appears that there is a market for mint errors on bullion/collector coins. You can search ebay and see that as well
An extreme example
https://www.ebay.com/itm/312222363235 sold for $1,300 while a non-error like graded coin sells for less than $100
Again, I understand that my error is minor compared to the ebay one, but it does demonstrate the existence of a market.

Eh, both of them look minor to me. Given that data, I'd say this one's a keeper unless this kind of thing was just way more common in 1995 than 2018.

I agree in terms of a serious collector for the coin only.

I also agree in terms of an error collector, they sell easily above the actual premium as I have sold numerous Proofs with similar Struck thru's well above the actual premium.
