Serious case of Die Deterioration here, but that's not related to the shiny appearance. Perhaps it's been lacquered? I think better pics are needed.

At the beginning I also thought it was a proof ..... I love collecting, but obviously I do not have any knowledge about coins ... but it does not have the S ... so for me it's not a proof ... (come to that conclusion while I'm sitting on my sofa eating pizza lol )

Really doubt the first is a proof. Proofs were made at Philly before they moved exclusively to the SF mint in 1968, so they would not have a mintmark. However, the die state, being so worn, would not have been still in use for making proof coins. Coins can get a mirror effect from several methods, usually not kosher ways though. Also, The color/toning comes from oxidation, and in some cases can make a coin much more desirable. In this case, the rarity of the coin and it's condition are really going to limit the value it might have, even with nice coloring. Your '62 cent looks much more like a proof to me.

So that means that it's just another regular Wheat penny like so many others, nothing special, right? ... Anyway, thank you very much everyone for your time and help ... well let's keep searching

That '62 is without a doubt a proof cent.

I'm not sure why it's doing that. Maybe it's an issue on your side maybe? On my end, the link works fine. Is anyone else having problems with the link I posted?

A lot of goccf links do that for me occasionally. Usually the issue goes away if I reopen the link.

SilverDollar2017, I've noticed that as well. I added that link to my signature box, so I would try it again, and see if it works? If it doesn't work, then it could be an issue on the OP's end.
