Meh, it's only 1C to keep. I say that a lot but even if you kept 100 of them you'd be out $1. That's not a lot. I say keep it, why not? No real economic risk. If it corrodes your down only 1C.

My vote is to keep it. I keep them almost all of the time, even if it's not in the best condition. As long as it only cost you one cent (face value), then there's no money lost here. Nice find by the way!
