I'm a bit comfuse with this quater I have since a while. The luster is better in hand and the lightning increase didn't help to gave the right look of this quater. What would be your opinion on that one. For me, I think between EF-45 to AU-50.

Much better than EF-45. I'd say AU-55 at least.

I'm at ms 60 as well. Nice coin and seems to have a lot of luster left.
