Apparent light wear limits it to AU-55, maybe AU-58. I've seen the TPG's sometimes net a coin like this with "questionable color" but I don't think that is the case here.
looks like more than slightly rubbed at high points so au55. toning is not particularly attractive and share the thought that it may be AT. looks like you can maximize value by selling it at Georgia Tech...
Because toning makes wear on arms and eagle's right leg look more prominent, my initial reaction was AU50. After seeing all the 58s and 55s, I took a second look noting lack of wear on shield lines and hair and appealing fields. "On further review ..." I think it is a solid 53 and I wouldn't argue against a 55.
