I'd call it a very nice VF20. What appear to be obverse rim bumps are cropped white prongs right?

Without a full Liberty on the shield, I don't know if a TPG would go higher than VG. Ignoring that, I would think F/VF. Strange.

I suppose VF-20, but somehow that doesn't seem right with Liberty that far gone.

Obverse appears to be more worn than the reverse. The problem with that is that the obverse carries more weight these days when grading. I'll go with a low VF.

VF-25. In the old days it took a complete LIBERTY just to make fine. No thought was give to soft strike and degree of where on the rest of the coin.
