1997 D Lincoln Penny Doubled Eared Or Not?

I found this one today on tge floor at a store while paying? The reverse memorial first caught my eye and the condition. Looked to be in a very good state for a Memorial cent. It appears to have some doubling on the ear and beard area. Possibly a BIE too. The reverse shows boubling on the columns and a tilted step. Some images are over pixelated so it may appear to be a damaged coin on your screen, but it is a shiny beauty. What do you think?

The doubled ear I know is on the P mint,have not heard of a doubled ear on a D mint. No BIE,the coin looks normal to me.
