Hello...I know I posted this penny before, but now that I'm using a different camera, I thought to look at it again and I noticed there was something else in the mint mark ... so am I curious if it's an RPM?....in advance thanks...

I'm not sure what's going on in the 5, but inside of the mint mark, that could be a minor RPM.

Sometimes on an earlier die state, you can see die scratches that lead to the center of the mint mark area, that are not RPMs.
