The raised marks are die scratches on the reverse. The color differences are in the planchet mix. No premium for either, but knowing what they are is key. The die scratches look very fresh, Most of the time they are in the fading mode. But again still not a plus for the coin. But it is a Wheat cent. Note how the die scratches flow behind the devices? That is because the fields are the outside part of the die. The devices are incuse (set into the die) and are not affected by die scratches. On variety coins, these die scratches would help ID a certain die. (like fingerprints) But without a variety, they are just die scratches.

These aren't errors, since they're intentionally there on the die (it's part of the minting process cleaning up damage on the die). These are called Die Scratches. These happen, when they have to polish down the dies with abrasives, do to a Die Clash event that happened. Die Clash events leave permanent damage on the coin die, so they polish it down, to get rid of the Die Clash marks. This will also extend the life of the die a bit longer as well.
