Would have been a decent MS-64BN . But now it's a details coin . Surfaces have been compromised ,not natural .

The grainy surfaces are annoying. I would have passed on this coin.
But the die clashes on both sides are obvious.

I think these photos of the coin are either hiding something or making the coin look a bit worse than it is. Can you post pics from straight down at the coin? (not at an angle)

MS63. based on the photos you presented it looks like the obverse may make RB grade but nothing here shows the reverse with the propoer light and angle to determine that grade for the coin so I will say BN unless you can provide a better photo of the reverse without all the reflective light
