Die wear. Note the direction to the closest rim, the devices are affected? A sure sign.
Date @ right side
LIBERTY @ Left side
Motto @ tops of the devices. If it were a doubled die, then the devices would be enlarged and you would be looking at the tops of the devices to see the hub doubling.

Note how each device is enlarged? You coin came from a normal die with die wear showing on your coin.
