It looks to me to be more like a scratch than a struck through.
By increasing the size of your picture, it appears like there is
displaced metal on the lower side. A struck through would be
smooth on both sides.

That's a tough call - I can't see any metal buildup but that don't mean there ain't any.

Agree, that's a tough one. I don't think a scratch would have deviated that much on the columns. Strike-through makes the most sense.

Definitely not a scratch. (Q scratch wouldn't look like this). It's definitely a Struck Through error. Very nice find and congratulations!
