Would this be considered as (dual misalignment of both dies)? taking place on the obverse side at the W in we till about the U in Trust, reverse side starting before the U and ending around the I?

I think that may just be Die Deterioration Doubling on a nickel with a slight Greaser in IGWT, that happens to be worn. Let's see what everyone else thinks though.
