Couldn't pass this one up for $1, couple of minor obverse issues but 3 diamonds isn't bad...there's even a bit of luster left in-hand and it's very presentable!

My grade XF45, what says CCF?

vf/xf details scratched. long scratch on face details it but certainly worth more than $1.

IMHO ,I don't think that scratch on face would detail this coin . What say you ?

I am in at XF45. Great buy for a $1. As for the scratch - I have seen worse things on a coin with a straight grade. So I do not think that would details this coin.

To me, the scratch does detail it. Couldn't be in a worse place.

The scratch is actually barely visible to almost invisible in hand, the photos make it more pronounced.
