With all due respect, Crusty is not the word I would use.
XF-45 by market standards, but IMO XF details. Still a nice piece however.

I'm going with my first thought VF35 I can see EF40 as well, depending on the time of day at a TPG these coins seem to fluctuate from my experience with them.
