That's about as close as you could get, but the usual requisite is that some of the design has to be missing, and I don't think that's the case here. On the edge of tolerance standards.

It is a Printing error (Mint means coins) but
unless it runs off the edge, it actually devalues the
bill as most collectors want them nicely centered.
