I have an older Acer laptop and my camera went tu, I have read the info on the forum but no info on the USB micro

If I wanted to buy a USB digital plugable digitable microscope 2.0 x250 to get pics on ebay

Am I able to transfer pictures to the computor and download to the forum?

I have some error coins that dont show details etc. or worn down.
I see a lot of forum coins that show details well and will that work or do I have to buy another camera and download from that? or be able to show well.
Or point to the proper info
