On all Austrian euro and cent circulation coins there is a little flag that identifies the country (in this case, between the year and the edge). Well, not exactly an easy identifier. The building depicted, by the way, is the Secession in Vienna. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vienna_Secession
