Does anyone know what this is specifically? It looks like 3 Rubles of some sort. There are three dates on the back but 1957 looks the most likely. I'm guessing Russia because it has CCCP on the reverse.

Thanks!

You're right its from the USSR. I've never seen it before, however I speak Russian. On the front of the note, on the bottom it says lottery ticket. A quick google search led me to this website I tried to link but apparently it's blocked. This is a description of the note:

Money and clothing lottery was released to the 6 international festival of youth and students in Moscow (July-August 1957). Basically a lottery ticket for 3 rubles

The back of the lottery ticket list many of the prizes. Kind of a random list. Included are:

Volga automobile
Moskvich automobile
Piano
Motorcycle
Bicycle
Camera
Television
Accordian
Outboard motor for boat
Rubber boat
Sewing Machine
Clock
Shotgun
And some others....

I came across another interesting Russian note. This one appears to be some sort of coupon for 10 Rubles from 1976. I can't really determine much more though. Is anyone familiar with these?

I think it's a Foreign Exchange Note for travellers/visitors to the Soviet Union Jay1234.

Yep, looks like a foreign exchange certificate. Those are not often seen, well, by me anyway.

Thank you for the lead. With that info I was able to determine that it's specifically a foreign exchange certificate from East Siberia.
