Nice IHC , I think the photo is blurry and not a weak strike at all . In hand will show you a nice coin .

vf30. it looks like the fancy 5 but the plain 5 is scarcer. nice coin though!

VF-20. Fancy 5 has a higher flip at the end of the 5's crossbar, though this crossbar is wavy on both types.
