2013 $20 Bleed Through? Is This Considered An Error?

Hi so I'm pretty new to paper money errors and such. I just got this 20 from a friend and noticed what appears to be a hard stamp on the serial that has appeared to bleed through to the back. Please e tell me if this is worth more than face value. Because I'm gonna spend it in the morning.Thanks in advance

Most likely what you are seeing is an offset image from the bill it was lying on when printed.
The ink from the bill beneath it lightly transferred to this one.
Spend it.

It would have to be extreme to have any value.
