Is there any value to this $1 Dollar Bill? How much would a bank note like this sale for?

Interesting sequence of numbers, but not really worth much of a premium.

So it isn't worth a premium correct ? Besides it being a binary note, would this also be considered a flipper note as well?

Rotator Serial Number
A serial number that doesn't change if read upside down. The only numbers that can be rotated are: 0s, 1s, 6s, 8s, and 9s.

Yes, it is a rotator serial number. It's an interesting number and a keeper if you like it, but probably not much of a premium.

It's interesting. I'd probably save it, but it won't get a premium over face. Too bad you don't have the one 6 numbers earlier.

Not a rotator.

A rotator reads the same right side up and upside down.
That note reads 66000006 right side up
and reads 90000099 upside down.

If it read 90000006, then it would be a rotator.
Just a fancy number with no extra value.

Right you are! I even quoted the definition, but then got cross eyed with all those 0's and 6's Too bad there wasn't either 1 more or 1 less of them.
