Have had this quarter for a while I assume this is damage is from after minting.

When I try to crop it tells me file can not exceed 300kb I haven't had any luck with uploading a pic after using camera app I have to use magnify glass then save image to photo then upload without editing at all

From what I can see, it is PMD.
Looks like the rim has taken a hit and moved the metal over.

Better focused pictures of both sides would certainly help

Iwhat I was saying was the image uploaded isn't so iOS friendly and I only have apple products so when to take a pic with camera and then try upload image it says files must be less then 300kb so the way it works is if I use the magnify glass app and save image to photos then from photos upload to CC. The pic from magnifyglass goes over 300kb if I try to crop or edit. This all seems suprising to me considering the iPhone camera is a piece crap how a photo so blurry and distorted could be even 30kb

Your phone camera is probably set by default to take high resolution photos. You can (temporarily or permanently) lower the resolution to get smaller files.
