Classic Machine Doubling. Not a doubled die. The strike was normal, but die movement damaged the edges of the devices. On a doubled die, the doubling is on the die, and not caused by the strike. The devices are enlarged on a doubled die, Machine Doubling reduces the devices, just like your coin is showing.
