Nice Don, I haven't really looked to close personally at the King George V large cents, I'll have to start.

I have the 1919 Doubled 9's + some letters in Canada that Bill helped me out with years ago.

I'm still heavy into Queen Victoria large cents and her varieties, but thanks for sharing your finds in King George cent varieties.
Happy Hunting

And here are some shots of a 1919 with the R/P'd 9's and gradual Machine Doubling that affects Canada and Cent. You can find some that just have the C and then you find others that have more letters affected as you move to the right. I think that the '19's with the R/P'd 9's and the letters that go to the "N's" and beyond are some of the scarcest Large Cent varieties that there are .. certainly the scarcest of the Ed's or Geo"

I've also looked at about 30 1916's that I have. I didn't clean all the gunk out of them, but just looked for R/P'd 6's and the weird right vertical on the N, like Don's. Out of the 30, I found 3 with the R/P'd 6's and all of those had the vertical on the N loike Don's (it's not a R/P). I found another 10 that had the strange N, with the wider vertical as you get closer to the upper serif, but no R/P 6. Another 5-6 had just normal narrow Verticals and a few had a little widening but, again, no R/P 6. I'm not much into Ed's or Geo's, but I ALWAYS look at the 1919's.

I guess that no more folks looked at their 1916's for R/P's on the 6. I'll be gone in the sticks to Okla for 3 weeks, with no internet, so I'll be gone for a while, til 5 Dec.
