I have a 1 cent 1881H with what appears to be Obverse #1, with almost all the letters of the legend are doubled. I'm not a great "specialist" for this year in particular, but could it be the Obverse 1/1 variety?

Yes it is one of several double die obverse dies used in 1881, in this case an obverse 1. Here is another from the same obverse die (click the photo to enlarge).

Thank you very much Botox.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know how many different dies (Obverse #1/#1) were used for the year 1881H?
