This is a coin from Thailand with the denomination of 1 baht. It was issued in 1977 to commemorate the investiture of princess Sirindhorn.

Thanks Bart.
Years ago the Princess Sirindhorn , during a holiday in Italy, stayed at my mother's hotel and once it was time to leave the premises she gifted this coin to my mother to thank her for her hospitality.
My mother couldn't remember from which country the princess was and her name, as it was many years ago.
