It could just be camera angle of the different pics but the mintmark positions seem to be slightly different. The pic on the right is 005 from VV. Nice little clss VI in any case.
This coin was struck by a fairly early die state die , judging by the amount of re-engraving doubling that showes on the 4's of the date. With this die state the tail of the 9 in the date should end in a nice point and the outline of the 9 should be overall rather consistant. The tail of this 9 is wide and blunt as it terminates at the bottom which is an indicator of doubling for this date. The tail of the 9 is also wider than the spot I have indicated with arrows in my pic. Also an indicator of doubling. Then again I'm not an attributor, just what I'm seeing
