1993 D LMC, Is What I Am Seeing Is An Over Polished Die In The Bays?

I found this 1993 D and while it matches with nothing on any site I am wondering if what I am seeing is an over polished die. I do not think this was caused by plate disturbance. What I am referring to is in the second bay. Thoughts?
