2008 America The Beautiful Quarter Error?

Rollhunta Valued Member United States 69 Posts	Posted 11/02/2018 10:16 pm Hello CC, While going through a box of quarters I found a few of these coins today. Finished and shiny on the obverse and flat gray placard on the reverse. I found a few like this and some had no finish at all like the reverse of the pictured coin. Any thoughts on this? Thanks much.
