More of a die polishing issue. The die scratches are affecting the columns vertically. Looks like they also went the different direction on the tops of the bays. (The bays area the field area of the die, thus die polishing will alter these first, before the edges of the columns/roof/stair areas) The basic reason it is that this is not hub doubling, but die alteration that affected the die. (a die event later in life)
