Yes it is a Wide AM but take a look at the initials please. It looks like RDV-005 or maybe am not seeing it right.

Hope to hear back what's your thought on this.....is it a RDV-005? Yes or No?

Thanks much.

1992 would have the RDV-006 reverse. (RDV-005 ran out in 1988. Thus the need for the RDV-006 that was used starting that year which should of happened in 1989. The dies were all retired by the end of 1988.

This is a RDV-006. Note the location of the 'FG'? Note the top of the 'G'?

The crossbar was there, but a heavy die polishing made the devices thinner. Did you see the shortened upper curve of the 'G'? That assures me it is a RDV-006. Also by this year all the 005 dies are long gone. So it's not an incorrect reverse, just a die polishing issue.

@coop, thank you so much as usual for sharing your knowledge and expertise and making me understand it better. After ruling out the 3 diagnostic markers caused by polishing die issues on these years, the final diagnostic marker that would really make it differentiate between RDV 0005 and RDV 006 is that, the upper loop of G is curve and shorter. It's really tricky esp from a beginner like me but I'll try to get it right next time. Again, thank you so much.
