I am closing out my date and mint set. I'm missing some of tge typical varieties like fancy 5 vs plain 5, round vs pointed bust, closed 3 vs open 3 and 1886 variety 1 vs 2. Not sure I want to pursue these varieties. Thinking a new collection is my next focus. May opportunistically pick up these IHC varieties. Make sense?

Depends upon how complete you want your set.

I would get the ones you mentioned. There are 100s of varieties in the IHC series. Stick with the major ones you mentioned.

I only collect what there is a slot in my Albums for. No slot, no coin needed.
