The convoluted devices in liberty sort of match WDDO-008 but not much else on the coin does. What do you guys think?

You don't have it. 8t's not a Doubled Die Obverse. It's just a heavily circulated coin, with damage on the devices. It's worth face value, because it's all Post Strike Damage.
