I was a heavy searcher from 2008 to 2016. I collected all the coins from reject bin and sort them according to countries. Here are my Swiss coins: 11.7 CHF. Finally I got a chance to travel to Geneva for business. I am going to use them for parking meters tomorrow! By returning these coins to Switzerland, I think I did Switzerland a favor, they don't have to make more coins for these lost ones.

Are those coins still legal in Switzerland? (I don't know if that country is involved in the EURO coinage)
Also, lots of parking areas now use plastic for paying.

No matter what, hope you enjoy your visit!

Those are current coins in Switzerland, which is not part of the EU.

@atticguy: yes, these coins are still legal. Swiss coins have the same size since 1879 mostly.
Their parking meters accept 10, 20, 50 cents, 1/2, 1, 2 franc, unlike US, only quarter and dollar coins.
Of course, credit cards are accepted too.
