It's Maximianus, you can go to wildwinds.com to find a match for the reverse. The pics are not very clear, however, the reverse could be "GENIO-POP ROM, Genius standing left holding patera

Agreed; Maximianus / GENIO POPVLI ROMANI. Quite an unusually simple legend from what I can tell - just IMP MAXIMIANVS AVG. This legend and reverse is found only on Trier issues on Wildwinds.
